2005 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon |
||
Our 2005 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, food-friendly wine with complex cherry, raspberry, leather and oak aromas. This wine has rich cherry and currant flavors with hints of chocolate, fennel, licorice and black tea. Soft mouthfeel, great balance and a nice, long finish make this a very good wine. The last time we made a Cab from these two vineyards, it was voted the #1 Cab in the Pacific Northwest by Wine Press Northwest Magazine! Variety: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 3% Cab Franc.
