Harvest: December 17th, 2005 at Willard Vineyard in Prosser, Washington. Harvest Brix: 36 degrees. Acidity: pH 3.14 and TA .80. Alcohol: 11%. Residual Sugar: 7.6%. Production: 95 cases.
