2005 Columbia Valley "Wild White"

Best of Class, Other White, 2006 Bite of Oregon

“Excellent!” “Self-made winemaker Cecil Zerba could almost call this a Chardonnay but the fig notes of the Semillon show in the nose, joined by lemon, banana, Crème Brule topping, oak and a sense of dustiness. It's juicy entry of grapefruit and lemon, along with banana and good acidity, and influence of American oak should find a wide following.” Wine Press Northwest, Spring 2007

Our 2005 Columbia Valley “Wild White” is a medium-bodied, dry white wine with orange blossom, honyesuckle and exotic floral aromas. Orange blossom and honeysuckle flavors mingle with hints of pepper and spicy cedar. Fat mouthfeel and a smooth, lingering finish make this a very enjoyable wine.
